too. I can say that although the transition may 'appear' to be smooth, something on this scale is inherently difficult, but it wouldn't benefit to dwell on the problems either. There are both benefits and disadvantages in this situation due to an entangled relationship in terms of interests held by both parties and the "gentlemens' agreements" made before I came here. These agreements about product ownership and profit sharing were fundamental in nature and they leave nothing to speculation or guessing and were based simply on fairness, mutually decided between Z1 and myself. We have discussed and determined an operable relation that works for both of us and we have common goals in mind. With that said, a high degree of integrity and respect is called for in this critical time of the relationship and it will be the determining factors as to whether or not it will continue to be a fruitful relationship or not. I have every reason to believe that as professionals, this can only stand to further strengthen the relationship.
